What is done, step by step

01Before departure

Selected producers: We buy from selected producers.
A precise contract: Product and specification, quantity, price, transfer point, pre-shipment inspection and schedule.
Pre-shipment inspection: The goods are inspected before they leave.

02During transport

Insured end to end: The goods are insured throughout transport.
Its documents travel with it: The bill of lading at sea, the consignment note by road; other documents depend on the product and the customer.
Secured payments: Depending on the case, by documentary credit or documentary collection.

03On arrival

Five checks: Documents, goods, country standards, customs clearance, release.
Hand-over to the customer: The delivery note is signed on receipt.
